Sheffield has lots of LGBTQ+ friendly places to explore. As well as Dempseys, you’ll find venues like The Leadmill, which regularly hosts queer-friendly club nights and events, and Queer Junction (check their Facebook for current opening and events). The city also hosts the annual Sheffield Pride festival, and many clubs and bars across Sheffield actively welcome and celebrate diversity, creating a really inclusive and supportive atmosphere for all students.
