How do I find tickets I purchased for an event?

If you have bought tickets for a student union event through our ticket platform Native, you can access your ticket following these steps:
 
1. Go to your inbox for the email address that you purchased your ticket with
2. Search for the event name
3. You can find your ticket at the bottom of the email in PDF form

If you still cannot find your ticket, simply email events@shu.ac.uk with the name you purchased the ticket under and we can re-send you your ticket.
