How do I provide an employer with evidence of hours I can work part-time?

If you would like to work part-time whilst studying at Hallam University you should check out the Working Part-time during your studies webpage on MyHallam for information.

To provide evidence to an employer of the hours you can work during these periods you can download the standard employer letter (PDF, 190.7KB) and a Confirmation of Enrolment from My Student Record (MSR) and give both to your employer.

This will provide your employer with confirmation that you are currently enrolled at the university and information about the hours you can work.
