I’ve been invited to a Preliminary meeting- what do I do?

You should prepare for this meeting by collecting evidence of the progress of your work including any research, past versions or drafts of your work, as well as re-familiarising yourself with the contents. You should be ready to fully engage in a discussion about your work.
