I am a Committee Member. How do I access society funds?

If you would like to know how much money your society has, you can request an updated balance sheet  from  activitiesadmin@shu.ac.uk 

The President, Secretary and Treasurer are the only people who can authorise spending from the society account. You can spend society funds in two ways, by using a Claim Form or Purchase Order. For more information on each process, please look at our Finance tile on Committee Portal
