Student Wellbeing

At Sheffield Hallam University, the wellbeing services offer a range of support to help you maintain your mental, emotional and physical health. These services include:

  • Counselling and Mental Health Support: Confidential sessions with trained professionals to help you manage stress, anxiety, and other mental health concerns.
  • Academic Support: Advice and workshops to help you balance your studies with your personal wellbeing, including time management and study skills.
  • Disability and Learning Support: Tailored assistance for students with disabilities or specific learning needs, including adjustments and academic support.
  • Health and Wellbeing Advice: Information and resources on maintaining a healthy lifestyle, including diet, exercise, and sleep.
  • Crisis Support: Immediate assistance and resources for you in a time of crisis, including information on emergency services and support networks.

These services are designed to ensure that you have the support you need to thrive both academically and personally during your time at university.
