What do I do if I have an issue with my student visa?

You can contact them to book an appointment to speak with an adviser .  Appointments can be made Monday – Friday and are bookable in advance by contacting Hallam Help.  Available times to choose from are between 10am-12pm and 2-4pm. Please ensure you request the contact method as either face-to-face or online. Check your confirmation email for details of the waiting area if you select face-to-face, or how to join if you select online.
