If bad weather affects an outdoor event, we’ll do our best to keep you informed as early as possible.

Bad weather does not always mean an event will be cancelled. In some cases, the event may still go ahead as planned, so we’d recommend checking the weather forecast before you travel and dressing appropriately for the conditions.

If it isn’t safe or practical for the event to go ahead, it may be rescheduled, moved indoors, or cancelled.

If there are any changes, we’ll let ticket holders know by email, through our WhatsApp community, and by updating the event page.
